Shichimi togarashi (Seven-flavor seasoning), also known as nanairo togarashi (or seven-color seasoning), is a common Japanese spice seasnoing mixture containing of seven ingredients (ground red chili pepper, ground Japanese pepper, roasted orange peel, black sesame seed, white sesame seed, hemp seed, ground ginger, and nori seaweed).
